2. Training Terms & Conditions
These terms are strictly applicable to individuals and organizations enrolling in training programs such as Workplace 2027, Teacher 2030, and other capability-building courses.
Enrollment & Registration: Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of the program fee or a confirmed payment arrangement. We reserve the right to deny enrollment to any individual. Providing false information during registration may result in immediate termination
without refund.
Fees & Payment: Fees must be paid as agreed at enrollment and are non-refundable once the program has commenced, unless stated otherwise in writing. We accept cash, bank transfer, UPI, and online payment gateways. (Inquire about EMI options during enrollment).
Refund Policy: Refund requests made within 7 days of enrollment (and before the program commencement date) will be considered on a case-by-case basis, minus a processing fee. No refunds are issued once the program starts. If Askhive cancels a program, a full refund or transfer will be offered.
Curriculum Modifications: We reserve the right to modify content, schedules, trainers, or the delivery format (online/offline) to maintain quality standards and industry relevance. Students will be notified of significant changes.
Attendance & Conduct: A minimum attendance of 85% is required for certification. Students must conduct themselves professionally. Disruptive behavior, abusive language, or harassment will result in immediate termination without a refund.
Intellectual Property: All course materials, study notes, recorded sessions, and presentations are proprietary. They are for personal learning only. Reproducing, distributing, or selling these materials without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Placement Assistance: We provide placement assistance (resume prep, mock interviews, referrals) as a value-added service, but we do not guarantee employment. Outcomes depend on individual performance and market conditions.
Certification: Certificates are issued only to students who meet attendance requirements and successfully complete required assessments or projects. These are training completion certificates, not formal academic qualifications.
Online Training Requirements: Students are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection and compatible devices. Technical issues on the student’s end do not qualify for refunds. Recorded sessions are available
for a limited time, and login credentials must not be shared.
