Trainer

  2. Deliver AI and skills-based training to assigned learner cohorts
  3. Adapt delivery to the audience’s domain
  4. Guide hands-on practice during live sessions
  5. Share session feedback with the program team
Event Moderator
  1. Host and moderate keynotes, webinars, and workshops
  2. Manage audience engagement and session flow
  3. Coordinate with trainers and the program team
  4. Handle on-ground or virtual event logistics
Training Counsellor
  1. Guide prospective learners to the right program
  2. Explain structure, outcomes, and enrollment process
  3. Follow up with leads through the enrollment journey
  4. Maintain accurate counselling records
Business Development
  1. Identify and reach institutional and corporate clients
  2. Build relationships with schools, MSMEs, agencies, and professional bodies
  3. Support contract negotiation and proposals
  4. Represent Askhive at industry events
Customer Success
  1. Support enrolled clients through their program journey
  2. Monitor engagement and flag issues early
  3. Coordinate between clients and trainers
  4. Gather feedback and testimonials, with consent


Customer Support
  1. Respond to learner and client inquiries
  2. Resolve scheduling and access issues
  3. Escalate technical/program issues to the right team
  4. Maintain a helpful, professional tone across channels

Work arrangements: Part-time, Full-time, Freelance, Contract, Permanent, or Flexible — based on role and mutual fit.
