These terms are specifically applicable to clients engaging with the Talent Recruitment Exchange (TREX) division.
Service Scope: TREX provides specialized talent sourcing, screening, and recruitment support services.

Commercial Agreements: Specific commercial terms, including placement fees, payment milestones, and candidate replacement guarantees, are distinct from general training fees and will be governed by a separate, customized Service Level Agreement (SLA) signed prior to the engagement.

3. ZEAL Terms & Conditions

These terms are specifically applicable to clients engaging with the Zeal Mobility consulting division.
Advisory Nature of Services: Zeal Mobility provides strategic business consulting, go-to-market frameworks, and execution support for EV enterprises. While we actively assist in on-ground activation, market outcomes are subject to external economic and industry factors.

Scope of Work (SOW): Project deliverables, retainer models, and performance tracking metrics will be exclusively outlined in a dedicated Consulting Agreement.

Operational Execution: Askhive Consulting provides guidance and operational SOPs; however, the final implementation and associated business risks remain the responsibility of the client’s executive team.

These terms are specifically applicable to clients engaging with AI-Integrated Workplace Automations (AIWA) services.

Askhive Consulting is not liable for outages, updates, or licensing fee changes imposed by these third-party software providers.

Data Security & Governance: AIWA will design frameworks adhering to standard data privacy protocols, but the client remains ultimately responsible for ensuring that the AI agents comply with their internal IT security and data compliance policies.

Custom Intellectual Property: Ownership rights to custom-built AI agents and specific automation workflows developed during the engagement will be transferred to the client upon full settlement of all consulting fees, as detailed in the project agreement.
